Animal Soulmates e.V.

A small organisation based in Amtzell (Germany) specifically supports projects in Montenegro. They work together with animal welfare friends on site (near Nikšić, in the centre of the country). Street animals are cared for and fed.

At the end of 2024, an agreement was signed with the city administration, making Nikšić the first city in Montenegro to seriously tackle the dog population problem.

In the coming years, we will do everything we can to neuter as many dogs as possible. Our goal is to significantly reduce the street dog population within two to three years.
